SOURCING AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT


Supply Chain Partners plays a very important role in today’s commodity market. The Supply Chain department is directly under the control of General Manager, International Trade with dedicated and experienced department head to handle various tasks like sourcing, product development, and relationship management and handling logistics. ELIF has successfully managed to bring in the same platform both sourcing strategies and our corporate vision.

We have a global supply base and hence managing the supply chain partners and managing logistics are the prime responsibilities of this department. We have ensured the cooperation of other departments for a continuous flow of information for smooth functioning of Supply Chain Department.

The system integrates and implemented various performance evaluators like Supplier Performance Management (SPM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

ELIF has implemented process to ensure smooth working with customers like Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Inquiry Management (IM), Order Fulfillment, Performance Measurement, Warehouse Management, Procurement Management etc.
